DISHWASHER by Brandon Diaz

Born to clean!; with water of boiled contempt
Akin to the sun on harsh Saharan farms.
You scrub with strength a thousand arms could not muster.
Dishwasher, dishwasher, dishwasher!

Cleaning tainted items within your steel walls,
Two shelves, rack upon rack; filled with utensils.
Cups, plates, cutlery, bowls. You hold no prejudice. Mighty machine!
Dishwasher, dishwasher, dishwasher!

Initiated by one powdery Finish tablet for that clean wash,
Man’s machine decontaminates our mess.
Delighting; bringing joy to worldwide households, oft it pleases.
Dishwasher, dishwasher, dishwasher!

Yet failure doth happen once upon a moon,
It does not bring humankind’s final doom.
Preventing strenuous struggle countless times. Sensei of hygiene!
Dishwasher, dishwasher, dishwasher!
